This Privacy Policy explains how LuckyDramas (the "App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes information when you use the LuckyDramas mobile application, related services, advertisements, rewards features, and support channels.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of data:
- Account and profile data: user ID, nickname, email address, login identifiers, avatar, language, region, and account settings.
- App activity: videos or stories viewed, reading or watch progress, searches, favorites, task activity, reward activity, check-ins, button clicks, feature usage, and support requests.
- Rewards and wallet data: coin balance, reward history, withdrawal requests, cashout status, and records needed to prevent fraud and operate reward features. Payment or cashout providers may process payout information under their own terms.
- Device and diagnostics data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs, performance logs, network status, device identifiers, app instance identifiers, and advertising identifiers such as Android Advertising ID where available.
- Advertising, analytics, and attribution data: ad requests, impressions, clicks, rewarded video status, revenue signals, campaign source, install attribution, and fraud-prevention signals.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the App and its content experience.
- To create and manage accounts, login sessions, language settings, and support cases.
- To operate reward, coin, wallet, check-in, and cashout features.
- To show ads, measure ad performance, manage rewarded video flows, and prevent ad fraud.
- To analyze app performance, troubleshoot crashes, detect abuse, and secure our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and platform rules.
3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The App may use third-party service providers for content delivery, analytics, advertising, attribution, crash reporting, cloud hosting, payment or reward operations, and customer support. These providers may process data on our behalf or according to their own privacy policies.
These services may include, depending on the app version and region:
- Google Play services, Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdMob, and Google Ad Manager.
- TopOn mediation and supported ad networks such as Unity Ads, Liftoff/Vungle, ironSource, and Pangle.
- Adjust or other mobile measurement partners used for campaign attribution and event measurement.
- Content, hosting, anti-fraud, payment, cashout, and customer support providers.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate the App, ads, analytics, payments, and support.
- With advertising and attribution partners to deliver, measure, and optimize ads.
- With payment or cashout partners when required to process a reward or withdrawal request.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect users, our services, or the public.
- With your consent or at your direction.
- As part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep user data protected and limit access to authorized personnel and service providers.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App, operate rewards and cashout features, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type and legal requirement.

We may ask for information needed to verify the account and complete the request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data where applicable.
- You may reset or limit use of your Android Advertising ID through your device settings.
- You may disable personalized ads where supported by your device, Google account, or ad partners.
- You may contact us to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
8. Children
LuckyDramas is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live. When we transfer data internationally, we take steps designed to protect it according to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice through the App or other appropriate channels.
